Our standard timeframe has been within 2 months. The more engaged and available the client is, the quicker the process goes.
5Can you help me figure out the hiring and/or interview process that my team should conduct?
Absolutely! We act as an embedded partner, not an outside vendor. We provide a consultative approach and make real-time suggestions. We want to help set you and your team up for success.
6What if we work on a role with you and it isn’t filled after several months?
We work to get ahead of that and diagnose any roadblocks before a search drags on for too long. We’re all about efficiency and helping you fill your role quickly while maintaining the best quality. We get it - sometimes the scope of the role changes, or a hiring manager is too busy to interview and candidates drop out of the process. We’ll work with you to help push things along as best we can within your comfort level.
Additionally, with our month-to-month fee model, you are not bound to working with us if for any reason you decide it’s not a fit.
7What if we hire someone through you and they leave after 6 months?
Turnover is always a possibility in any role and company, but we do our due diligence upfront in our screening process (for example have they moved around a lot, what's their hunger level, why would they consider this role/making a move, etc) while also helping you couple a very appealing offer that will keep them driven and engaged to stick around long term. We’re your partner throughout the entire hiring process ensuring you and your top candidate are set up for success.
